Eight bedrooms sleep seventeen, and six open onto a terrace. Most beds are 180 cm wide and convert to twins, and one room has three singles, so you can arrange the rooms to suit your group. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

The living room, the billiard room with its own bar and the terraces give your group places to gather, and private corners to retreat to for a quiet moment.

You have two tables for sixteen to choose from: one indoors, and one on the covered terrace.

The Setting
Seclusion & neighbour distance
The villa stands above La Croix-Valmer behind its own gate, with its gardens around it. The beach is nine minutes away on foot, and the Cap Lardier coastal path starts there.
Nature, light & views
You look out to sea from the terraces, the covered dining table and the main bedroom, and all eight bedrooms have a view of the sea or the garden.

The Padel Court
Private, and only yours
Set in the garden below the terraces, it's floodlit so you can play late into the evening. It is full size at twenty metres by ten, with solid walls and a sand-filled carpet surface, resurfaced in 2025. Six rackets and a set of balls are kept courtside.
The other games
A pétanque piste and a ping-pong table sit beside the court.
Coaching, and who comes to the court
You can add coaching to your stay with elite coaches, who come to your court and teach in English. Every coach has played with us or come recommended by someone we trust.

The Kitchen
The chef, and the shopping
The kitchen is yours, and for the nights you want a chef, we source one and quote it with your stay. We can have your groceries delivered before you arrive.
Local food, a short drive
The village market and shops are five minutes away by car, and you can walk to the beach restaurants at Gigaro.
The wine, and the cellar
La Croix-Valmer produces cru classé Provence rosé, and the villa has its own wine cellar.

A heated pool of 16 by 5 metres, with eleven sunbeds and three doubles beside it.

There's a hammam with two massage tables, and you can add treatments with therapists who come to the villa.

The Service on Site
Who is on site
Housekeeping looks after the villa five days a week, and the garden, pool and court are maintained throughout your stay. You can also add extra staff.
The welcome, and check-in times
You're welcomed at the villa on arrival, with the essentials already stocked. Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out by 10:00, and we can ask for an earlier arrival or a later departure on your behalf.
Getting around
A driver can meet you at the airport and take you to Saint-Tropez or the vineyards, and we can arrange a boat on the gulf. You can add either to your stay at an extra cost.

Why book through Padel Hideaways?
The villas are looked after by people who are particular about who they work with, and they work with us. That takes time to earn and it is why this collection grows slowly, a villa at a time.
The rate is the villa's own, and booking with us adds nothing to it: our commission comes from within what the villa already charges. The Concierge, Driver, Chef and Coach are quoted alongside it as one price, and we are on call for them all week. Every enquiry comes to us, so the person who answers is the person who arranges it.
When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?
Saturday to Saturday, a full week. In the quieter weeks the villa will often take a shorter stay. Tell us your dates and we will tell you what it allows.
Which airport do we fly into for Villa Sabbia?
Toulon Hyères (TLN), about fifty minutes away by road. Nice is a little further, if the flights out of it are better. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.
What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Villa Sabbia?
The whole villa, yours alone, 8 suites for 17. A concierge comes with the villa. Add a driver, a chef and a coach and we plan the week and come back with one price.
What is added to the rate at Villa Sabbia?
The rate includes VAT. Tourist tax is not included. We confirm any other charge, such as cleaning, with the villa before your quote is sent.
When do I pay for Villa Sabbia, and what if we have to cancel?
A deposit confirms the booking, paid within three business days of signing the rental contract, and the balance is due two months before you arrive. The security deposit is separate and paid before arrival. We will give you the figure before you book, and any deduction from it follows a full inspection, with the owner's evidence of the cost. Cancelling 60 days or more before arrival costs half the total rental, and from 59 days the full rental. Optional cancellation cover returns 90% of what you have paid, up to €25,000.
