Above La Croix-Valmer on a winding road, the town five minutes down, the beach nine minutes on foot.
Nature, light & views
Sea views from the master, the terraces and the covered dining, in the Riviera light that painters kept moving here for.
Quiet
The quiet side of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The name next door does the crowds so this village does not have to.
The house from the air, its gardens and pool around it
The deck, a lounge and a dining table under one parasol
The dining room, pendants low over the long table

Surface & build
Surface and glass to confirm with the house. The floodlights are on the listing and in the photographs.
Floodlights & play

Pick a week to start

Weeks run Friday to Friday, with the option to adjust the days and the period in shoulder season once I check availability with the villa. Temperature and sunlight are averages, not a forecast. Late August sits between the two at €30,610. Rates are the villa's published calendar and I confirm them with the house before anything is booked.

Villa Sabbia, a private villa in La Croix-Valmer, France with its own court. The whole place, sleeps 17. The week planned end to end.

The practical questions about Villa Sabbia

    Why book through you?

The villas are looked after by people who are particular about who they work with, and they work with me. That takes time to earn and it is why this collection grows slowly, a villa at a time.

You pay the villa's own rate, and the week costs no more for my being in it: my commission comes out of what the villa already charges. The Concierge, Driver, Chef and Coach are quoted alongside it as one price, and I am on call for them all week. Every enquiry comes to me, so the person who answers is the person who arranges it.

Is there a security deposit at Villa Sabbia?

The villa sets its deposit and it is written into your agreement before you book. Ask me and I will tell you the figure for your dates.

When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?

Any day, minimum 7 nights. Tell me your dates and I will confirm with the villa.

Which airport do we fly into for Villa Sabbia?

Toulon Hyères (TLN), about fifty minutes away by road. Nice is a little further, if the flights out of it are better. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.

What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Villa Sabbia?

The whole villa, yours alone, 8 suites for 17. A concierge comes with the villa. Add a driver, a chef and a coach and I plan the week and come back with one price.

What is added to the rate at Villa Sabbia?

It differs by villa. Some quote the week with the cleaning and the taxes inside it; others charge cleaning separately, or tax on the booking fee. I confirm this villa's lines before I quote, so the figure I come back with is the figure you pay.

How do seventeen people share eight bedrooms at Villa Sabbia?

Eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, so one pair shares a bathroom rather than a room. Most beds are 180 wide and convert to twins, and one room of three singles takes the teenagers. Tell me who is coming and I will send the bed map before you decide.
