Is there a security deposit at Villa Oréa?

The villa sets its own security deposit, and it is written into your agreement. We will give you the figure for your dates with your quote.

When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?

Check-in can be any day, and the minimum runs from five nights to seven depending on the season. Five nights out of season, seven through the summer. Tell us your dates and we will confirm with the villa.

Which airport do we fly into for Villa Oréa?

Corfu (CFU), about thirty minutes away by road. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.

What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Villa Oréa?

The whole villa, yours alone, 5 suites for 10. A concierge comes with the villa. Add a driver, a chef and a coach and we plan the week and come back with one price.

When do I pay for Villa Oréa, and what if we have to cancel?

A deposit confirms the booking, paid within three business days of signing the rental contract, and the balance is due two months before you arrive. The security deposit is separate and paid before arrival. We will give you the figure before you book, and any deduction from it follows a full inspection, with the owner's evidence of the cost. Cancelling 60 days or more before arrival costs half the total rental, and from 59 days the full rental. Optional cancellation cover returns 90% of what you have paid, up to €25,000.

The Villa for a Group

Sleeping, and who goes where: Five en-suite bedrooms sleep ten across the main house and the guest house. Each has a walk-in shower, a 180 by 200 cm bed and its own terrace or balcony.
Kitchen & the long table: You can all sit down together indoors or out: the outdoor table seats fourteen facing the sea, and the indoor table seats twelve.
Flow, and where the group gathers: A games room with a billiard table and a rooftop terrace with sofas give your group places to gather. The villa also has an elevator.

Seclusion & neighbour distance: The villa stands in its own private grounds out of town, surrounded by fields and without neighbours.
Nature, light & views: The Ionian from every bedroom, and sunsets behind the islands from the roof.
Quiet, with the beach close: The beach is eight minutes by car, and Corfu airport about thirty minutes.

The Padel Court

Private, and only yours: It's set between the olive trees and the pool, with a pétanque piste and a ping-pong table alongside. Built new in 2025, it is full size at twenty metres by ten, with panoramic glass walls and floodlights. Rackets and balls are provided, and a ball machine can be hired.
Playing conditions: The Ionian climate gives you still mornings and long evenings to play in.
Coaching, and who comes to the court: You can add coaching in English to your stay with top local pros we know personally. Every coach has played with us or come recommended by someone we trust.

The Kitchen

The chef, and the shopping: The kitchen is yours, and for the nights you want a chef, we source one and quote it with your stay. We can have your shopping delivered before you arrive.
Local food, a short drive: Tavernas are four minutes away and shops ten. Corfu Town, Venetian and UNESCO-listed, is under twenty minutes, and we book your tables ahead.
Three kitchens: Alongside the main kitchen, there is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and a gas barbecue, and the guest house has a kitchen of its own.

The Relaxation

The pools: You have two saltwater pools: a heated 25 by 15 metre infinity pool with counterflow and hydromassage, and a second at the guest house.
The jacuzzi, and treatments: One bedroom has a jacuzzi on its own terrace, and you can add massages and treatments at the villa.
Sleep, and room to do nothing: The villa is air-conditioned throughout, with Sonos in most rooms and a covered terrace for shade in the heat of the day.

Who is on site: Your dedicated concierge is on Corfu throughout your stay, and housekeeping comes seven days a week with turndown each evening.
