The Villa for a Group

Sleeping & en-suite quality
Four bedrooms hold eight, two master suites and two doubles, all en suite, freestanding tubs with garden views.
Kitchen & the long table
A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area; the resort restaurants for the nights you'd rather not.
Flow & shared living
A suspended fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and 240 square metres of private deck into the woods.
Design calibre
Neutral hues, minimalist beach-house lines, contemporary art.
A group larger than eight
This is one villa of sixty-five across the resort's two wings, each with a pool of its own, so a party too large for this house can be put together from several and still eat as one. Tell us the number and we will lay it out. The padel stays the resort's either way: booked for your group rather than yours alone.
The pool deck, wild planting and pines around it

A bedroom under the timber vault, a daybed along it

Anything we should know

Optional. Whatever you tell us here is answered in our first reply, rather than writing back to ask.

Where to reach you

Either one is enough. We reply to whichever you leave.

Leaving your details is your approval to share them with the portfolio or owner that holds the villa, once you confirm you want to go ahead. Nobody else, and no mailing list.

Referred by a club, a coach or a content creator

Optional. We tell them their introduction arrived, and when it becomes a booking they share in it.

The practical questions about Sublime Cabana Villa

Why book through you?

The villas are looked after by people who are particular about who they work with, and they work with us. That takes time to earn and it is why this collection grows slowly, a villa at a time.

You pay the villa's own rate, and the week costs no more for our being in it: our commission comes out of what the villa already charges. The Concierge, Driver, Chef and Coach are quoted alongside it as one price, and we are on call for them all week. Every enquiry comes to us, so the person who answers is the person who arranges it.

Is there a security deposit at Sublime Cabana Villa?

The villa sets its deposit and it is written into your agreement before you book. Ask us and we will tell you the figure for your dates.

When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?

Friday to Friday, a full week. Some villas run to another day, and in the quieter weeks some will take five nights rather than seven. We check both with the villa before anything is booked.

Which airport do we fly into for Sublime Cabana Villa?

Lisbon (LIS), about an hour away by road. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.

What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Sublime Cabana Villa?

The whole villa, yours alone, 4 suites for 8. Add the concierge, a driver, a chef and a coach and we plan the week and come back with one price.

What is added to the rate at Sublime Cabana Villa?

It differs by villa. Some quote the week with the cleaning and the taxes inside it; others charge cleaning separately, or tax on the booking fee. We confirm this villa's lines before we quote, so the figure we come back with is the figure you pay.
