Is there a security deposit at Villa Fusion?

The villa sets its own security deposit, and it is written into your agreement. We will give you the figure for your dates with your quote.

When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?

Saturday to Saturday, a full week. Some villas arrive on another day, and in the quieter weeks some take five nights rather than seven. We confirm both with the villa for your dates.

Which airport do we fly into for Villa Fusion?

Ibiza (IBZ), about twenty minutes away by road. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.

What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Villa Fusion?

The whole villa, yours alone, 5 suites for 10. A concierge comes with the villa. Add a driver, a chef and a coach and we plan the week and come back with one price.

When do I pay for Villa Fusion, and what if we have to cancel?

A deposit confirms the booking, paid within three business days of signing the rental contract, and the balance is due two months before you arrive. The security deposit is separate and paid before arrival. We will give you the figure before you book, and any deduction from it follows a full inspection, with the owner's evidence of the cost. Cancelling 60 days or more before arrival costs half the total rental, and from 59 days the full rental. Optional cancellation cover returns 90% of what you have paid, up to €25,000.

The Villa for a Group

Sleeping, and the bathrooms: Five suites sleep ten, each with a 180 by 200 cm double bed, and the whole villa has air conditioning and fast wifi. Three of the bathrooms open onto outdoor showers.
The outdoor table, and the bar: Your whole group eats together with room to spare: the outdoor table seats twelve and the outdoor bar fourteen.

The Setting

Seclusion & neighbour distance: Out of town and without neighbours, the villa is surrounded by lush Balearic greenery.
Nature, light & views: The villa sits in pine forest and looks out to the sea, with the evening light coming through the trees.
Quiet, with the beach close: The beach is five minutes from the villa, restaurants are seven minutes' drive away, and Ibiza airport is about twenty minutes by car.

The Padel Court

Shared, and booked ahead: The court is set into the garden and screened by the greenery, and it is shared with two neighbouring villas: you book your days and times before you arrive, and in busy weeks each villa has two hours a day. It is full size at twenty metres by ten, with glass and mesh walls, built new in 2025 and floodlit. Rackets and balls are ready for you courtside.
Coaching, and who comes to the court: For stays from April 2027, you can add coaching with elite island coaches, who bring years of competition experience and teach in English and Spanish.

The Kitchen

The chef, and the menus: The kitchen is yours, and for the nights you want a chef, we source one and quote it with the week. The menus are planned with you, around your group's tastes and dietary needs.
The kitchen, and the wine cellar: You'll find two freezers and an ice maker in the kitchen, and the villa has its own wine cellar.

The Relaxation

The spa: You have a sauna, a hammam shower and a hot tub at the villa, and a massage room with four tables.
The pool: At around 25 metres, the pool is long enough to swim lengths, and five double sunbeds give everyone a place beside it.
The cinema, the gym and the games: The villa also has an outdoor cinema with a projector, a fitness room with Sonos, a volleyball court and a trampoline.

The Service on Site

Who is on site: Housekeeping looks after the villa six days a week, and a personalised welcome is ready when you arrive.
Upkeep & grounds: Garden, pool and court kept daily.
Transfers, and a driver: You can add airport transfers and a driver for the week, each at an extra cost.
