Is there a security deposit at Villa Cami?

The villa sets its own security deposit, and it is written into your agreement. We will give you the figure for your dates with your quote.

When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?

Check-in can be any day, and the minimum runs from one night to seven depending on the season. In June, July and August it is Saturday to Saturday, for a week at least. Tell us your dates and we will confirm with the villa.

Which airport do we fly into for Villa Cami?

Ibiza (IBZ), about twenty minutes away by road. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.

What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Villa Cami?

The whole villa, yours alone, 8 suites for 16. A concierge comes with the villa. Add a driver, a chef and a coach and we plan the week and come back with one price.

When do I pay for Villa Cami, and what if we have to cancel?

A deposit confirms the booking, paid within three business days of signing the rental contract, and the balance is due two months before you arrive. The security deposit is separate and paid before arrival. We will give you the figure before you book, and any deduction from it follows a full inspection, with the owner's evidence of the cost. Cancelling 60 days or more before arrival costs half the total rental, and from 59 days the full rental. Optional cancellation cover returns 90% of what you have paid, up to €25,000.

The Setting

Seclusion & neighbour distance: Out of town and without neighbours, the villa is surrounded by a garden of fruit trees.
Nature, light & views: The sea view reaches as far as Formentera, and you have it from the garden, the terraces and the rooftop.
Quiet, with the coast close: The beach is ten minutes by car, and Ibiza airport about twenty minutes.

The Padel Court

Private, and only yours: Set in the garden a few steps from the pool, it's full size at twenty metres by ten, with mesh walls, and floodlit so you can play on after dark. Rackets and balls are kept courtside.
Coaching, and who comes to the court: You can add coaching to stays checking in from April 2027, with island professionals who teach in English and Spanish.

The Kitchen

The chef, and the menus: The kitchen is yours, and for the nights you want a chef, we source one and quote it with your stay. Menus and dietary needs are agreed before you arrive.
Local food, a short drive: Restaurants are ten to fifteen minutes away, and we book your tables ahead.
The barbecue, and the covered terrace: You can eat indoors or out on the covered terrace, and there's a barbecue for the evenings you'd like to cook outside.

The sauna, and treatments: There's an outdoor sauna cabin with an ice bath, and you can add treatments at the villa.

The Service on Site

Who looks after the villa: Housekeeping is included six days a week, and the garden, pool and court are maintained between stays.
Arrival and departure: Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out by 10:00. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, tell us and we'll ask on your behalf.
