The villa sets its own security deposit, and it is written into your agreement. We will give you the figure for your dates with your quote.

When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?

Saturday to Saturday, a full week. The shortest stay the villa takes is three nights. Tell us your dates and we will tell you what it allows.

Which airport do we fly into for Villa Clarence?

Ibiza (IBZ), about twenty-five minutes away by road. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.

What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Villa Clarence?

The whole villa, yours alone, 9 suites for 18. A concierge and a chef come with the villa. Add a driver and a coach and we plan the week and come back with one price.

When do I pay for Villa Clarence, and what if we have to cancel?

A deposit confirms the booking, paid within three business days of signing the rental contract, and the balance is due two months before you arrive. The security deposit is separate and paid before arrival. We will give you the figure before you book, and any deduction from it follows a full inspection, with the owner's evidence of the cost. Cancelling 60 days or more before arrival costs half the total rental, and from 59 days the full rental. Optional cancellation cover returns 90% of what you have paid, up to €25,000.

What is included in the rate at Villa Clarence?

The villa whole, all nine suites, and the people who run it: a private chef, a butler, a property manager, a dedicated concierge, daily housekeeping seven days, and a caretaker living on the estate. A driver and coaching can be added. For an all-inclusive padel holiday in Ibiza, most of the week is already in place.

Is the padel court at Villa Clarence private?

Yes. It is private and inside the estate, among the olive terraces, played by your group alone at whatever hours suit you.

The Setting

Seclusion & neighbour distance: Private land out of town, with a natural reserve around it and no neighbours in view. Ibiza airport is about twenty-five minutes away.
The land, and what still grows on it: The farmstead's land is still planted: olive terraces, a wildflower garden around a round stone tower, and a vegetable garden with a greenhouse.
Quiet, and the sound of the reserve: Out here the evening belongs to the reserve: cicadas until dark, and then very little, with the island's clubs on the far coast for the night somebody wants them.

Size: Full competition size, twenty metres by ten.
Floodlights & play: It's floodlit, so you can play on after dark once the island heat has gone.

The Service on Site

Who is on site: A butler, a property manager and daily housekeeping, with a caretaker living on the estate.
Keeping the grounds: Gardens, pool and court kept daily, so the estate looks on the last morning the way it did the afternoon you arrived.
What nobody has to do: The villa team holds the keys and runs the building, the chef takes the kitchen, and the concierge books the tables.
