The road is far, the island's bass stays on the other coast.
The whitewashed farmhouse and its stone tower
The stone cottage, an olive tree at its arched door
The olive grove and the wildflower garden
The round stone tower in the wildflowers
The whitewashed facade, a palm beside the balcony
The polytunnel over the vegetable garden
The greenhouse behind its reed screen
Sunloungers under a square parasol

The Padel Court

Verification & privacy
A private court inside the estate; only the group plays, and nobody overlooks a point.
Surface & build
Kept like the gardens, which is to say obsessively.
Floodlights & play
The island heat argues for morning drills and evening matches.
Aesthetic integration
Set within the grounds so the glass catches pool light, not headlights.
The private padel court and its red clay surface
The glass walls of the private padel court
The courtside lounge and its firepit
The gravel boules court, cordyline along it

This site sets no cookies, so there is nothing on your device to agree to and nothing to close. The practical questions about Villa Clarence

Why book through you?

The villas are looked after by people who are particular about who they work with, and they work with us. That takes time to earn and it is why this collection grows slowly, a villa at a time.

You pay the villa's own rate, and the week costs no more for our being in it: our commission comes out of what the villa already charges. The Concierge, Driver, Chef and Coach are quoted alongside it as one price, and we are on call for them all week. Every enquiry comes to us, so the person who answers is the person who arranges it.

Is there a security deposit at Villa Clarence?

The villa sets its deposit and it is written into your agreement before you book. Ask us and we will tell you the figure for your dates.

When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?

Saturday to Saturday, a full week. Some villas run to another day, and in the quieter weeks some will take five nights rather than seven. We check both with the villa before anything is booked.

Which airport do we fly into for Villa Clarence?

Ibiza (IBZ), about twenty-five minutes away by road. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.

What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Villa Clarence?

The whole villa, yours alone, 9 suites for 18. A concierge and a chef come with the villa. Add a driver and a coach and we plan the week and come back with one price.

What is added to the rate at Villa Clarence?

It differs by villa. Some quote the week with the cleaning and the taxes inside it; others charge cleaning separately, or tax on the booking fee. We confirm this villa's lines before we quote, so the figure we come back with is the figure you pay.

When do I pay for Villa Clarence, and what if we have to cancel?

A deposit confirms the booking, paid within three business days of signing the rental contract, and the balance is due two months before you arrive. The security deposit against damage is separate: the figure is in the rental contract and we can give it to you before you book, it is paid before arrival, and nothing is kept from it without a full inspection and the owner's evidence of the cost. Cancel 60 or more days before arrival and 50% of the total rental is charged. From 59 days before arrival to the day itself, the full rental is charged. Optional cover returns 90% of what you have paid, capped at €25,000.
