Sleeping, and who goes where
Five suites sleep ten, all en suite, with beds made up as doubles or twins to suit your group. Each suite opens onto a private terrace of its own.
Kitchen & the long table
Two tables seat your whole group of ten: one in the dining room and one under the pergola, above the sea. There's a barbecue too.
Flow, and where the group gathers
The villa steps down the hill over three levels, with a split-level sitting room, giving a group of ten space to gather and quiet corners to retreat to.

Why book through Padel Hideaways?
The villas are looked after by people who are particular about who they work with, and they work with us. That takes time to earn and it is why this collection grows slowly, a villa at a time.
The rate is the villa's own, and booking with us adds nothing to it: our commission comes from within what the villa already charges. The Concierge, Driver, Chef and Coach are quoted alongside it as one price, and we are on call for them all week. Every enquiry comes to us, so the person who answers is the person who arranges it.
When do we arrive, and can we book a shorter stay?
Saturday to Saturday, a full week. The shortest stay the villa takes runs by season, from one night to four. Tell us your dates and we will tell you what it allows.
Which airport do we fly into for Sa Punta de S'Àguila?
Palma (PMI), about forty minutes away by road. Add the Driver and you are met at arrivals and driven in.
What comes with the villa, and what can I add at Sa Punta de S'Àguila?
The whole villa, yours alone, 5 suites for 10. A concierge comes with the villa. Add a driver, a chef and a coach and we plan the week and come back with one price.
What is added to the rate at Sa Punta de S'Àguila?
The rate includes VAT. Tourist tax is not included. We confirm any other charge, such as cleaning, with the villa before your quote is sent.
When do I pay for Sa Punta de S'Àguila, and what if we have to cancel?
A deposit confirms the booking, paid within three business days of signing the rental contract, and the balance is due two months before you arrive. The security deposit is separate and paid before arrival. We will give you the figure before you book, and any deduction from it follows a full inspection, with the owner's evidence of the cost. Cancelling 60 days or more before arrival costs half the total rental, and from 59 days the full rental. Optional cancellation cover returns 90% of what you have paid, up to €25,000.
