I put weeks together for padel players, and I need exceptional villas with a court on the property to put them in.

You have those villas.

I am particular about the hideaways and the experience we offer together. When something is not right I say so rather than send a group anyway.

The week gets the same attention. Coaching if they want it, someone cooking, the small things people notice and do not mention. A few of those weeks a year I host myself, and it is the part of this I like doing most.

For you that should mean bookings you were not getting, often in weeks that were sitting empty.

Your client stays yours. So does the villa. Commission agreed upfront.
